Viki Continue Watching issue + other issues

Hi guys, its been like 3 days my continue watchlist on Viki is not updating. Am I the only one who is seeing this problem?

  • First, this continue watchlist don’t work properly on my Chrome and it’s been years, even though I did windows 2-3 times (not for this issue but for my own personal issues with files). But it worked perfectly on mobile app and TV, but from last 3 days it is not working on either of them too! I uninstalled and reinstalled the apps again and what I watch, nothing appears in my continue watchlist and no updation of already shows in continue watchlist. It is just making me annoying, and also,
  • Whenever I go to the profile of the actor on Viki mobile app, it shows that yellow warning (i) sign in top left of every shows which means this show is not available in my region even though it is available! Like every single shows have that yellow (i) sign at every show!!
  • Thirdly, even I am a Gold QC, but I still that “Get Viki Pass” option on mobile app, do this happens to every “Gold QC or QC” out there?

That would be great help if you guys clarify these issues, it’s been there from years but now it’s bothering me alot so I made a special post to ask other users. Thanks in advance :blush:

Yes finally it’s working!!
After this discussion right after my watchlist issue got fixed and now Chrome issue which didn’t update my watchlist is also working now!! Wow

How did you manage to fix this? I have the same issues with continue watching for quite a long time and it is tiring.

I just subscribed to Viki and I have been enjoying it so far. However, I am not seeing ANY Continue Watching category and it is driving me up the wall. Where should I be seeing it? I am on my PC using the latest Firefox.

I honestly don’t know. It felt like a miracle happened lol. But its working on desktop chrome for now, but when I use Edge nothing happens. Maybe you try to reinstall chrome once again?

If you use mobile app or TV app, I am pretty sure it will work but yes, it has some problems with desktop apps. If I watch on PC I specially have to go to mobile to update my Watchlist there. I would say try to use chrome for one time to check if it works on your chrome or not.
