Be sure to give them information about the device you are working with as well as browser and so on, don’t forget the version numbers.

I would also advise you to specifically mention any troubleshooting steps you’ve already taken such as logging out/in, clearing cache/cookies, trying alternate browsers, etc. because their standard first response to any technical issue is to suggest any of the above. If you mention it up front, hopefully you can skip that step, especially given how long their response times can be sometimes.
I feel like someone else mentioned this specific issue recently, but I’m not sure if they ever got it resolved. I hope you get a resolution soon.
Take some simple updated measures like:

3) If you are currently on an unsupported browser or received the message that you were trying to access the site from an unsupported browser, the best thing to do is update the browser to the most current version available .
