I just realized today that the user profile no longer shows whether the user has a viki pass. Someone recently asked to be added as subtitler on a show which requires a viki standard pass. I checked her profile, saw no indication of any pass and wrote to the user explaining that she would be unable to access the show. She replied she has had a paid for pass for several months. I checked my own profile (pass holder since 2009!) and found no indication of my pass status on my own profile. Does this mean everything on viki is now freely available for viewing by all users?

You had me curious, so I went to my profile. You’re right, it no longer states my pass status on my main profile page. However, I clicked on my “About Me” while I was there, and my pass status is visible there. I wondered whether I’d be able to see this on anyone else’s “About Me,” and it turns out I can. Some even had it visible on the main profile page still.

I’ve encountered this situation last week while recruiting and if you want to see the informations about the Viki pass : you have to click on your profile and show more (about). You have to be on the page where the entire profile is showed. Then you will see the benefits QC or the Viki pass if you pay for it.
On my profile my QC benefits are also not longer visible. The “about page” is my only way to see this.
It’s not practical when you are recruiting, I have to admit it.

Profile page does show only if you have a paid subscription and in the About me section if you have a benefit QC Viki Pass.

VIKI Pass
I subscribed to VIKI PASS this Sunday, May 4th, opting for the monthly payment, because I thought it would give me access to the FULL drama “SERENDIPITY 2025” with Wang Zi Qi, Lu Yu Xiao, etc… However, when I got to episode 15, a message appeared saying I have to wait until tomorrow 
for the next part 
.
There are 40 episodes in total. How long will it take to watch the entire drama ? I’m really disappointed.
I think I’ll just stick to watching “old” dramas from now on, at least that way I won’t have to wait for new episodes. 
Hi, the drama is currently streaming here on viki. It will be updated every day and you can see new episodes from now on. This is an ON AIR drama. So all at once it has not been uploaded, never used to be on the viki for episodes. I’m sorry if you are disappointed, but please wait patiently, the whole series will be up soon 
In the meantime I recommend other series, as there are so many on this site. I’m sure you’ll have fun in the meantime and you won’t regret subscribing, which gives you HD quality and commercial-free episodes.
