lol I know. I think it’s Dolly Parton’s song that keeps inruding into my head. 
They are 45 minutes each. We’ll watch at least 2 episodes, maybe more - depending on what people
want to do. 
I think I can only watch the first couple of episodes.later, I’m not at all sure.
Subathon will eat up my free time.

It’s the WHOLE mood of the show! You have to see the beginning and NO PEEKING! 
Eastern United States time zone. So New York time.
Central time is Chicago, Illinois.
Mountain time is Denver, Colorado.
Pacific time is San Francisco/LA/Seattle/Portland/ Vancouver B.C.
EST it is, okay. I am 6 hours ahead CET 2am - that’s a time I am finally sleeping … And weekdays, so no way.
I guess I will watch it alone then.
Sorry! We had it that late because people in the US didn’t want to watch it too early - They were busy.

You’ll like the title.
The show just appeals to me… He is such an old-school traditional guy. Like he walked out of historic movies made back in the '50s and '60s. He makes me smile. It’s a weird kind of nostalgia.
But I grew up around Japanese culture. My grandma would take us kids to Japantown for the Cherry blossom festival and for art events, they had ikebana arrangement classes, classic doll making, origami, taiko drums, Kendo events, all kinds of stuff going on. FOOD - big fat futomaki. YUM! Oh! and Grammas bonsai supplies. And that must have been where I ate those mandarin orange mochis and forgot about them because last year I saw a picture of them in Amazon and KNEW what those tasted like. I could taste them just looking at the picture. lol so I bought some and they are just as delicious as they look.
Remember I am from San Francisco. About a third of the population are from assorted Asian countries the next third are from assorted Hispanic countries and the remaining third is everyone else. SF is not the midwest and it ain’t Idaho. ( 
I really, really miss my home at times.)
We had SO MUCH FUN with this one! We watched 4 episodes.
