Recently I started an older drama just to glance through the first episode:
It was a total mess. It wasn’t bad segmented, but the subtitles seem to have become completely detached from the segments. A huge bug, impossible to watch.

You can do it openly at the help center, this is an example from me.

@spaufler_89 On the bottom righthand corner of the screen, there is a rectangular icon with lines through it. Click on it and you will see “report video issues” on the bottom of the list. Click there and choose the appropriate category of problem or if nothing fits, just choose other. Submit.

this usually happens when a drama is reuploaded with added scenes…hopefully the team will be able to set it right soon
