It mostly has to do with the license of the drama. Not all dramas get licenses for all continents. For example, Reply 1994 is ONLY licensed for North and South America. That is why you can’t watch it. The only way to be able to watch all dramas is to become a QC. More about what QC is and how to become one you can find on viki.
