Sums up the whole drama for me 
I’m very late to the party but have only just started watching Angel Eyes. I’m up to episode 3 and frankly it’s driving me nuts. Some incredibly lazy writing/contrivances in order to manipulate the story.
I mean episode 2, not once does he call his girlfriend while his mother is in hospital or even at the funeral? Come on now. Then he sees her but doesn’t introduce who he is? I know suspension of disbelief is needed in a lot of these shows, but this is going a little too far with stuff that plainly no one would ever do - or not do - under the circumstances.
