Most of us are pretty spoiled when it comes to accessing kdramas. There might be some countries where internet due to inadequate internet systems but North Koreans have a much bigger problem when watching kdramas. I was watching a youtube video on the Asian Boss Channel and they were interviewing two young people who defected from North Korea. The one young lady said you could get pirated cd of korean dramas but that if you were caught watching them you could get sent to a labor camp. So she would lock all the doors and cover all the windows when she would watch the dramas. She said she would be nervous and excited.
