Viki creates the channels, but has not yet “switched them on” so that there are probably no bad ratings from viewers due to the lack of subtitles. It’s been like this for quite a while now. When the time comes, the channel will be visible to everyone. You’ll just have to be patient.

I just looked up the existence of LGIEF’s pre-release trailer, and yay, you’re right, it will be available on Viki in time.

Premiered recently. A plot concerning the Xiang Family and the three daughters in it. A real slice of life drama. No channel on Viki yet. Probably in the works. Pretty high ratings thus far.

The Princess’s Gambit ( 桃花映江山 / Tao Hua Ying Jiang Shan / aka Peach Blossoms on the Territory) is a upcoming historical romance drama starring Liu Xue Yi (“■■■■ Me Love Me”, “Destined”, “Blood of Youth”) and Meng Zi Yi (“Royal Rumors”, “Immortal Samsara”).

Chinese subtitles/captions are available on some C-dramas when such source language subtitle files (known as “reference subtitles” to contributor teams) are made available to Viki (by providers) or when there are contributors available to caption each C-drama. To watch with Chinese subtitles/captions, you’ll need to switch your viewing language to your preferred Chinese format when available.
In the past, Viki had an awesome function - Learn Mode (ref 1, 2, 3, 4) - which facilitated language learning while watching dramas (only for C-dramas, K-dramas and J-dramas). Unfortunately, it was discontinued recently.
