There are so many proverbs, idioms and wisdom…
Which are really annoying sometimes,

But the traces they leave in our hearts remain there for eternity.

I was just scrolling down Instagram when I came across a post saying,
The Korean equivalent of “Finding a needle in a haystack” is "looking for Mr. Kim in Seoul."
And that made me laugh, it’s just funny for no reason.
It’s very accurate. There are many Mr. Kims in Seoul!

That’s when all the parents in Korea decided in unison to call their newborns Kim, the name representing a super important royal lineage.
People don’t vote for what they want; they vote for who they are.

“None so poor that one couldn’t help, nor none so rich that one wouldn’t need help.” A reflection of a Finnish mindset and a common saying.
@mirjam_465, @vivi_1485 and @gaby_heitmann_975, There is another saying regarding the last name Kim. It goes something like “If you throw a rock from Namsan (mountain in Seoul), you have a 50% chance of hitting someone with a last name Kim”. Btw, my last name is Kim. lol
