Yes, you create a new message -PM- to the discobot
You can write any random stuff, and it will tell you what to do next.

I won’t type it here but in the screenshot I did you’ll see the instruction to start the new user tutorial. reply in your private message to the bot that message and it will start the tutorial, it should start with teaching you how to bookmark the PM.

You replace @ discobot start new user with @ discobot start advanced user in a PM. Then, just follow their instructions.

That was one thing I was curious about, if it checked that you had the Certified badge first or if you could jump right into getting the Licenced badge!
