Me too. I have a few covers pending upload/adjustment.
As of now (and for some weeks already), I haven’t been able to view covers fully. Though I only create covers for vertical layout, neither the horizontal nor the vertical designs are fully viewable (for Chrome browser in my case).
Is it a temp glitch or should covers be created to new measurements henceforth?
If so, what are they?

@vikicommunity we want to know what is the size that will show the full cover when the browser is in 100%. Can you please tell us? It would be very helpful if we had an official post with all the specifics about the cover page. Size, html codes, etc.
Goodness! We were just asking to solve the issue with the cover page dimension, there was no need to go that far and change the whole platform! 
The bug is fixed but now the layout of everything sucks.
