Help! Is it only me or others also experiencing the same thing? I have apply for several project since August 2025 but no one reply to me. I am also can be a moderator, means its not a problem for channel manager to accept me right? Also, I have done all the solution, like DM the channel manager, DM the moderator, report to viki team etc, but still nothing happen… How to solve this?
Check the recent contributions of the Channel Manager to see if the manager is still active at viki. If no answer and no contribution this week, write to viki help center.

I’ve done the report huhu… then they ask me to dm @fsl_viki but I got no replied.
Currently, the channel manager is VikiSubTeam, and I understand they’re not able to approve new applicants. However, has this channel ever been reassigned to a different manager before? Has a similar issue been resolved in the past? I’ve noticed this situation for about 6 months now, but there hasn’t been any change
As I understand, this is just a placeholder while they search/review who to appoint as CM, or even if a CM is required for that channel. That’s why you won’t get any response. The best approach is to send your message/request to a specific CM when one is appointed. Good luck!
Thank you!! But, I have waited for the new CM for a long time huhu… I would like to know if they do appoint a new CM because other channel that I applied to also under vikisubteam…

Nobody knows, really. Just have to monitor it and wait patiently. Or you can try sending a message to the Viki Community Team (staff) and again, wait patiently ¯_(ツ)_/¯
