I sometimes feel when I read the “subbing complaints” if the “not be named site” trolls are running on Viki… that site is limited to languages and streams only in us, which means viki has globally a wider audience not only with locations but with more languages.

How do you guys switch to GoodDrama? No offense, but their formatting is so horrible, how do you even organize the way you find shows and follow up on them, I honestly love the Viki community, especially the timed comments.

I never went there. My Korean shows I used to watch raw on illegal streaming sites because they’re ad-free.
I was told NOT TO CLICK ANYTHING on gooddrama is there a bug???

This “other website” is available in Brazil too.
I can tell you that viki and the another one are the most famous website to watch tv dramas here.
The only problem is that they are investing a lot here. I mean, they hired some people, they go to concerts, etc.
The good thing is that viki finally has noticed that, and now we officially has a Portuguese localization on the website and also on the app. That’s really nice, cuz the fans can finally understand what is written there.

Does everyone realize ads need to be looked at in two ways:
-
Ads directly inserted by viki
-
Ads inserted by the host video site
Because of the additional inserting of ads by whatever site one chooses to use to host the video as viki doesn’t host them all here. That means dailymotion, you tube, weho and etc add in ads on top of viki’s ads. Viki has no control over those inserted ads done by other sites. For the viewer, it amounts to double the ads expected.

Adblock still works
