Same. It says I have not got enough money for a purchase that’s under 25$. I don’t know what to do. Can maybe someone from viki help us out? Their website for the card, doesn’t work properly. I signed up, but can’t sign in, the website is down suddenly

I gotta say, last year and the year b4 that were easy to use cards and even on the yea we bought on yesstyle it was easier once the problem was fixed. I’m hoping for help from viki I don’t have apple pay, but it doesn’t work on Google pay and I can’t put it on PayPal. Signed in to change the address, cuz somehow it’s not what I originally typed in, but even once signed in can’t change the address, or see anything that I couldn’t b4, I hope this won’t prove to be a waste of time. When I try to buy it says I haven’t got enough even though I buy for less than 25$. If I had known, I would have used the ikea or donate.

Exactly I added mine to Paypal but I can’t buy a thing because it stays that transaction didn’t work and I need to contact my bank. What bank? Why it didn’t work. I’m so confused last year was so much easier. Please help us @vikicommunity @brendas

I have an addition, contacted their support, they hang up on me, even though it exists in my country or maybe their phone is disconnected, anyways, help viki we can’t use this card. If they don’t work today, they should have a message or something saying when they do, but it gets disconnected the moment my phone finishes dialing.
The delivery to my country is quite expensive, so adding it to amzn is not an option for me, the delivery might cost more than or equal to product, wanted to use on shen for something my parents wanted from there and unfortunately I can’t spend at the moment to buy for them. I would love it if viki could help us out with this.
Update: managed to add it to PayPal, using a different address and now it works, hope this helps somebody

I feel like the fault is in the card and not in the platform we use it.

I think with so many cards crating from contribution, some for sure need to be valid so I think we had a bad luck getting them. So since we can’t contact bank it’s impossible to fix it. I tried to add mine again to Google wallet but again I got massage to contact bank. 
Last year I didn’t had problems like that. I understand that things need to be changed but it’s like a mile stone. And idk what to do now. Since I have it but can’t exactly use it.
It’d like more and more people have this issue not only us.

You are right. But now the site doesn’t work anymore.
Until someone responds we will just have to wait.
It is in the card, though here’s what I did to get it to work, step by step.
A. I signed in on their website. ( not sure if optional)
B. They give the option to add to wallet, added to Google pay. This made a new app to be added to my phone.
C. I then tried to add the card to PayPal (again, on Friday, it failed), but used an old address that is different than the one I used for the card (since for some reason it says the address I actually used for the card is incorrect for the card). Paypal asked to verify the card by charging it with a small amount they give back to you in a day or two.
D. Signed to the card website again and looked at the transaction’s details there and gave PayPal the code that came with their tranaction
E. Went to shein and bought there, on the surface, it seems to have worked. The payment got the all clear.
*I might add that I saw on reddit that sometimes using a different email/ browser helps too. My PayPal uses a different email than the one for the card, it might have helped too, though not when I tried on friday😅

I think iit wasn’t aware so many of us would log in at the same time cuz it keeps happening. Or it’s just faulty idk. Maybe try again in 15-30 min again

I tried everything but when I try to buy something there’s always this sentence… Card transaction failed. Please contact number listed at the back of the card or cardholder on the website. 
I think at this rete I’ll just give up on this award.

That card is not working at all and showing that there’s insufficient balance and contact to bank.
“I’m extremely frustrated that Viki is offering only $25 this year, a significant decrease from last year’s $50 Flipkart gift card, which was incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, the MasterCard they provided this year is not working at all, displaying errors such as ‘not active’ or ‘insufficient balance’.” Do something @vikisupport

Anyone who chose Mastercard Virtual, you have to sign up on their website or else it doesn’t work. If on the card the numbers seem nice like 56789 and the CVV code is 123 then that’s just an example, and the card won’t work. After I signed up, I received the real card with different numbers and an expiration date for September 2025 (which is too soon, but whatever). I added my card to PayPal and made it the main card, that’s how I was able to buy something for 10$ on an online site. I’m not sure about the rest of the money for now, but I’m glad it worked.

I did that and my card still don’t work. After that I pinned it to my Paypal and tried to buy something but every time I got rejected. They ask me to contact bank. So I’ll pass I guess.

The site is working again but now I am unable to use the wallet option either to do something. Now I will just wait until someone from Viki responds because the call center is not available for my country and there is no email id support.

I’m sorry to hear that. I did want to share that it worked for me, but I don’t know how to solve your problem, sorry. I hope it gets resolved soon.
