First drama?

Yes totally I laughed throughout the whole thing. It’s one of those “4th wall breaker” shows.

I laughed throughout the whole thing. It’s one of those “4th wall breaker” shows. if you know what I mean. I’ll admit the K-drama version wasn’t all that but in this one I’ve re-watched the original J-drama one (I say that because they have a remake) and every single thing I laughed at when I first watched it is still funny every other time I watch it

Yes the K version was REALLLYYYYYYY BAD…i just do not understand why they had to make such a shitty version

Yes the FIRST J version was absolutely amazing and addicting and just like raidonce said, you would laugh all the way

AWW KOIZORA…that drama was too cute. I loved both the drama and movie but i like the drama better because the guy was so badass there and his hair was totally rocking

Agreed! They had such good intentions and yet… blah. But now that you y’all are giving such high marks to JDrama version I’m going to need to watch it.

This forum has been really bad for me… I’ve added on half a dozen new dramas to watch, but not any more hours to my day o…O

LMAO!! at least it is good for you to have a list of recommended dramas so that when you are bored out of your brains on a very SLOW day, you get to watch something interesting that can lift your spirits up :))

NOvBUTA WO PRODUCE…although that drama was really popular, I NEVER liked it but i LOVEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD 1 LITRE OF TEARS…it was extremely sad but a very good show. I cried so much when i finished it and felt so sad in my heart for days. That drama is DEEP especially since it is based on REAL LIFE

Yes it was so touching. I did read the diary too and sometimes I really had to put in away since I started to cry. I felt so sorry for Aya and I did admire her a lot that she kept being so positive until the very end.

my first korean drama was “big”
and i fell in love with gong yoo since then

HAHAHAHA…I did see what you just did there! Thanks to “TGL” and Master’s Sun Kojo may now become a form of “I will like you in the future” So don’t worry salz…“mujhe pata hai ki kithna pyar hai yeaha” (Gosh writing hindi in english is HARD) lol!

BOF for you too…Gosh!!! lol!

Well my first drama was Smiling Pasta. I watched it when i was in china, so when I came back to my country I turn to a drama addicted. And that was how I became addicted to dramas, Initially a Taiwanese dramas. I also watched: autumn concerto, love at the aegean ocean, hana kimi, romantic princess, and all the dramas of rainie yang. And finally my first Korean drama was All about Eve.

LMAO… Kabhi khushi kabhie Gham… ^o^ PEACE!!!

That is really interesting to hear. As a Korean, I’ve never thought of Korean language having a calming effect on non-Korean speaking people! It reminds me of how one of my kids used to calm down when she heard the sound of running water (like white noise) when she was a baby. Sometimes, that was the only way to stop her from crying so much in the middle of the night. I would run the water and she would stop crying and would start falling asleep again. It got to the point that I was wasting too much water. So we ended up recording the running water sound and would play it for her to calm her down.

My very first drama was Goong/Princess Hour. Watched it in summer 2008. The first time I wanted to watch a drama was back in 1999. I read about the first Itaura na Kiss, but watching drama at that time wasn’t really possible.

Now I’m here and still enjoy drama like on the first day.

I watched that too but after watching “Pasta”; I really liked it (it was my first taiwan drama) it took me a several tries to actually watch it but, I had to sit down and make myself actually watch it because lots of people said it was good and I wanted to know how good it was.

Oh are you all talking about Taiwanese drama, Pasta…all this time, I thought you all were talking about the Korean drama Pasta. I didn’t like the T drama pasta at all. I was so annoyed with the lead girl…very irritating character

Yes Goong was definitely one of my first k dramas. A good k drama Classic
