I remember that scene (ISWAK is my favorite version). I was a little shocked because her father is usually so nice but it showed that the ML’s actions hurt the whole family and not only the FL.

(We all want him, don’t we? That guy who loves you to pieces and honestly couldn’t give a damn how much you spend or what you spend his money on .)

Dear My Friends
… two of the elderly ladies have a favorite movie, “Thelma & Louise”. After going to a nursery home, the one with dementia suddenly remembers, that the two friends were riding a car together before, and she calls her on the phone saying:
Remember, what you said?
You said, if you were to die, you will die on the road. Jung Ah, I want to do the same. Not in a prison-like small room.
And while Jung Ah looks around her staying in a small room herself, while her TV shows pictures of Venice, she answers this:
Hee Ja, you stay right there, okay?
I’ll go to you.
After both of them sit in the car together, they raise their arms shouting:
SUCCESS !
And like Thelma and Louise, off they go.
There are more scenes in between, but that was just so memorable this one dialogue and this drama has a lot of them, and it is equally good, when the characters do not speak much or at all.

I just found this sooo funny
[Drama: Happy Enemy(TW)] - low budget show but it’s got that warm old Asian family drama flavor.

Its so funny to see the lengths writers go to, to establish the fact that the character is a science-loving nerd XD
Immortal Samsara, has all the gut wrenching dialogues.
I’ll post some later unless someone does it first. I literally cried every other episode. 
Profound, this quote is not, but it was memorable to me in a “that’s a sad way to look at it” kind of way.

How did we meet?
One day, a butterfly flew like a petal and made a small flutter
How did we meet and end up here?
The corner of the street where we exchanged our love in spring.
It was a sudden miracle.

The dandelions beneath the telephone pole swayed brightly.
How did we manage to walk pass all those times together?
Were we able to reach love because we walked past such lovable moments?

Including the wings stroke of a butterfly.
