@dramaaaaa and everyone HOORAY FOR ME!! everyone please celebrate along with me as my sister who was forever opposed of kdramas/kpop and everything korean is now getting hooked on kdramas!! after my long fight of push and pull struggles, she finally is watching a kdrama series with me! and LOVES it (im utterly shocked) xD (she came back to the house today VOLUNTARILY just to ask if we can watch the next couple of episodes!! she is coming back tomorrow for more, and i just slowly started forcing kpop onto her, (which, really wasnt her thing, its not that she hated everything korean/kdramas/kpop but she would laugh thinking it was some kind of silly phase i was going through xD now she loves some of it, still introducing it to her. @dramaaaaa yes i showed her beast xD she loves fiction! )
just showing there is hope out there ppl! for those of you trying to find friends/fam to share these things with dont give up! (lol at how i sound like this is a big achievement but it IS! you know how hard it is to find someone who likes the K-world??) you have to actually force it on them.(lol jk) keep showing it to them. show them different styles of what you think they might like, soon it will appear normal to them. then they will like 1 video. slowly.
my mom even likes kdramas and kpop and is now an addict. my dad likes kpop allot too. i showed some to my aunt and even tho sheâs not itâs #1 fan yet, she liked some kpop vids (b2stâs fiction was one of them and she liked fiction also).
i even had a little friend i knew who is now addicted to both, tho, when i first showed her it, she gave me this face:
