Hello all,
I get a 500 technical difficulties error when I try to access my inbox at contribute.viki.com. Also, when I try to access the subtitle editor, it redirects me to the sandbox.
Do we have any information why this is happening and when it could be resolved?

This one has been there for a long time, bothering us off and on. Sometimes you don’t see it for a while and then it shows up again. It’s on Viki’s side.
Are you sure you were logged in? Or do you perhaps use a VPN?
Remember that if anyone is using VPN Viki can/will terminate the account, I just wanted to remind anyone that does.
If it logged me out from Inbox and Sibtitle Editor, then it still hasn’t logged me out here. No idea why, but I will try logging in again. Thank you very much for the information.
No worries, I don’t use VPN at all. 
Discussions is kind of separate from the main site so you could indeed be logged out at one and logged in at the other.
