I been wanting to translate from English to Spanish, since I been seeing many comments that mention having to stop watching running man since there’s no Spanish subs, and I would like to help with that but is so hard when the team who subs running man isn’t recruiting anybody else at this moment but the person in charge of Spanish isn’t t even subbing.

The team could subtitle this show in other languages before, but not since a few years ago.
It’s because the show has known some restrictions due to the content provider.
The only subtitles allowed for now are English and are not provided by volunteers, so nobody on the contributor’s side can work on this show (and some other shows too).
