You can search for “Coming Soon” shows, or recently completed ones, and write to the Channel Manager to let you become Korean moderator. In Korean shows it would be “captioning”, in other language shows (Chinese, Japanese etc.) it would be translating from English.
However, it’s not possible to become language moderator unless you have 3000 contributions. Which you don’t have. And it’s also not possible to add a translator unless there is a moderator in that language.
In the case of captioning, there is the workaround to add you as English subber. It’s not cheating, since a captioner from Korean to Korean does not have to have translation skills, and often can work from the original script provided. This should help you gain the 3000 contributions you need.
