Thanks to providing that link, I was prompted to accept all cookies.
Strange, it usually asks for it when you log in to a new browser. Maybe it didn’t ask for it and I didn’t realise, and I was getting this error.
I assumed that’s what it was, though. I didn’t really know how to fix it.

Since a few days I can’t see any Team discussions any more. I have cleared the cache, accepted cookies, tried another browser etc. Nothing works. The link from above no longer leads to the page where you can accept the old cookies. Does anyone else know a solution? Viki is not exactly helpful.
If anyone is using Firefox the solution is to turn off the Enhanced Tracking Protection. This can be done by clicking the shield icon in address bar.

I tend to believe that the problem comes from Viki itself. I mean , since we didn’t make any changes, how come we have this problem all of a sudden? Angela
The link doesn’t work for me so I sent in two tickets/requests in help centre (I sent the second thinking the first hadn’t gone through) but I’ve had no reply, it’s been around 3 weeks.

Try to install an extension to Chrome. I used the Free VPN extension, and chose a US location. If you choose a European country, it won’t work. I’ve had this problem for 2 months, and had tried everything. That was the solution! It’s not hard to do it. Good luck. Hope I’ve helped.
