Moderators Unfairly Limited Because of Viki Coding Error

UPDATE!!
Today, which is day 4 after I used video “feedback” to tell viki staff about the miscount on the number of episodes on Hwarang I was told by “Marie” that the error had been corrected for all the moderators on the channel.
Strangely, too, both on the initial notice of receipt of my complaint and today, in a request for feedback, the viki system sent me the messages in Chinese. Alas, I can only read the Hanja I learned while studying Korean and the nameplate with my Chinese name on in which my dad made decades ago! So I sent another note about Radio Romance today.

This is the text of the original post:
@brendas @fsl_viki Help!

For anyone who has been a language moderator at viki, you are aware that you are limited to five “active” projects where “active” means that all episodes have not been subbed to 100%.
Compare website and a moderator’s dashboard for Hwarang.

I am co-channel manager of Hwarang. There are only 20 episodes to the drama but a moderator notified me that she and every other moderator have an additional “active” project because of a viki glitch.
On my own list Radio Romance shows up as incomplete because viki says on the dashboard that there are 17 episodes and only 16 are subbed. But the channel says there are 16 episodes.

I tried to use the “let us know link” but there was no appropriate topic to choose in the list provided.

I therefore chose “subtitles” and reported the problem.
Let’s count the days until I get a response. April 25 will be D-1.
Moderators, have you checked your own dashboard recently – are there any other people with obvious miscounts?

Is there anyone at viki Engineering capable of fixing the code which counts episodes for a channel?

If anyone corresponds with viki staff currently and can provide a name that I can send this to, I would really appreciate the name!

My friend, @tony83n_283, had this problem recently with a different channel, and she wrote to the Help Center; they helped her in just a few days after the request.

I faced a similar incident. Suddenly a series that I had finished a long time ago appeared, with twice as many episodes as it normally had. I contacted the “let us know” and I had a relatively immediate response (4-5 days) and the matter was settled.

I’m facing this problem as well, 5 dramas appeared over night in my moderator list. All of them older dramas, all completed for years and all with an additional episode, which doesn’t exist. I contacted Viki via “Let us know” and got a reply within 24 hours. They deleted three dramas from my list, but two remained. So I contacted them again and I’m waiting for their reply. Unfortunately I can’t provide any name, they respond only with “Viki”.

I informed the German community as well, some of them had the same issue.

I had a similar incident too, where a Kdrama (below) appeared on my moderator list as “incomplete/0 released.” I was planning to wait a few days before formally creating a ticket. But, as it turned out, the “error or glitch” was somehow rectified. I think there was some system glitch that has either been taken care of or is in the process of it being taken care of.
