He’s got that posture tall people sometimes develop during their growth spurt, kind of slumpy as a result of trying not to stand out. Years ago, I had a friend who spent a summer teaching English at a technical college in Mongolia; she, like me was fairly tall (I am 5’10"). She said that her students described her as a “crane among the chickens.”
