yes I do get depressed at this time of the year. thats why I put this stuff on here to help others

so many things to be grateful and thankful!

you got a craft? make something and give it to someone. that helped me a lot. 1. crochet
2 knit
3plant flowers, not just in the garden but in water, thsn give away
4 bake something, giver it away.
yes we have clean clear water, clothes, food roof over our heads, friends, maybe a few, family, our health. we can go on and on!

thats me, fight the depression, get out, talk to someone, I am a senior, not many friends, but this year I plan to do something to not be depressed, like dance , listen to music be it gospel or what ever, draw, write, bake a cake, crochet, do the genealogy, just get out of myself, MAKE A DIFFERENCE! so how about you!

I havent tried this one, but I do Yoga does a good thing for our bods, try it and see
