I helped a new subber getting QC Status, but she said she still can’t reach dramas that are not available in our country for free users, and also cpmmercials are still on, and she can’t watch videos in HD. Is there anyone who knows if Viki changed features of QC access or is it a bug maybe?
As far as I can tell, QCs still get Viki Pass.
Make sure she’s cleared the cookies and cache in her browser, and log back in. Otherwise, she can always contact the help center.

I’ve heard of this happening before, but that was a long time ago. Help centre request worked.
