Hi, I’m busy now with my sample video, but I still have problems with it. The English subtitles are still being prepared. It will take a couple of hours. How is it possible, and what can I do?

Sample videos often load very slow. Maybe that could be the problem?
The English subtitles are already present in the videos, they are not written again and again. Could you please show a screenshot of what you see? As far as I know, you automatically get your target language in the sub editor and you don’t have to wait for any Eng subs.

Yes, this is it. I wanna translate it from ENG to CZECH. But this is what ik see all the time.
It should normally go away after a few seconds. If it doesn’t, try refreshing the page or try another browser.
If it still doesn’t work, report it to the Help Center.

The “preparing subtitles” doesn’t mean the subtitles are being created. That’s just the loading screen, and the subtitles should appear after a few moments, as Mirjam said. If they don’t, there is an issue somewhere, and you’d have to contact the help center.
