Well, I’m looking for projects that I can do segments (in fact, I’m new to this area). If anyone can guide me on how to start with targeting, I would be grateful. And if there are any projects that still need segmenters, I will do my best to learn.

There is a certain way that the segments have to be made. For that reason, Most Channel managers only recruit segmenters that are graduates from Ninja Academy or Seg101.
If you would like to segment you must be trained.
