I think he’s quite beautiful and should be first lead , we should make a petition hahaha
I like him a lot , i guess the way he chooses to transport some emotions are enjoyable to me.
I have mixed feelings about Master’s sun, I mean, I remember that I liked the drama a lot but somehow I didn’t love it, which is sad because I love Hong Sisters cleverness at writing but, anyways… MS isn’t a drama that I remember in detail because it didn’t left a mark on me like other dramas do. For example if you ask me about the plot or specific events in the drama I can vaguely talk about them because I don’t remember them that much…
I think Master’s sun could have done it better, there were things that I really really wanted to know but the drama never gave me any explanation, for example:
-
Why did Tae Gong Shil was able to see ghosts? I mean I know that she got that “ability” after her accident and she was once a ghost too (At least I think I remember that lol) but why?, what was the purpose behind it?, why she had that accident anyways? I truly wanted to know more about her character’s background! And her “glorious” past days, because she was really popular before the accident, but we never got to see that “past self” of her :’(
-
What made Joong Won a shelter against ghosts? Why he had that ability as well? The force of love, maybe? Did even the drama tell the reason? If it did I don’t remember it… wahhh too bad
Even so I loved the main couple (and also the second couple) I didn’t have second lead syndrome in this drama at all, because JW and GS were my OTP, they had perfect chemistry, hilarious moments and well I just loved them so friggin’ much, actually what I can actually remember about the drama is the couple scenes because they were so perfect together, seriously… And definitely what made this drama worthy was SoJiSub great acting!!! I’m totally in love with him
The drama was funny and light, I liked it, but as I already said I didn’t love it:’(
Sometimes I hate more those kind of dramas that are easy to forget than those ones that I can’t forget because they are really bad, haha seriously.
I made this post waayyy too long hahahaha sorry
Ahhhhh!!! you really need to watch heartless city that drama is AWEEESOMEEE it’s one of my favorite dramas
I think we might be twins ! Ahh , my parents should had say the truth hahaha
I liked MS , i don’t love it , but i’ll remember it as a sweet and funny show. It made me go aww a lot , but doens’t stay in my mind for too long … I loved the acting , the couple was amazing , i truly loved the chemistry .But there are some things that didn’t work to me
The way Gong Sil was treated . She was like an object and she was okay it . I hated the fact that she accepted all the crap Joo said .
i wanted to know about her spirit life too . So interesting and they didin’t give any scene of what was going on before she became the lover of Joo .
I didn’t like the second lead actress . She was soo annoying . I think they choose wrong making her such a pain the ass .
I was waiting for more scenes with Joo young and of corse his history with the twins , but , they decided that it was a waste of time , soo , not so good for me
Now i did liked the Joo character . Moslty because it was well played . But why can he be a shelter ? Not even a small anwer .
I liked the fact the ghosts had history and the drama knew how to show it from the Gong Sil side . But they steal a lot of time for our cutest couple .
I think it was a very smart choice to make Gong Sil scared . I would too , some of them were really scary !
I also think that i would prefer that friend of Gong Sil as the second lead . Too bad it didn’t happen .
So do you agree with me ?
Thanks .
I will ! I promise !
I agree with some things you said… hahaha our parents are hiding something, I know hahaha
Well I think that (sadly) that’s a common thing we see in kdramas, the female lead is always treated like BS in the first episodes, but at least the Hong sisters’ gave us at the end a heroine that could be independent and confident.
I agree with you about the second lead, although I liked Seo in Guk’s character.
(He was really nice to her)
I think that Gong Shil’s friend would have played a better second lead because of the history he had with her… He somehow had a conection with Tae Gong Shil’s past and that would have enriched her character more because he would have played as a link for us (the viewers) to know more about Gong Shil’s past, so yes.
About Gong Shil’s friend (the second lead girl), well I think that her character was necessary but not well used. As I already said she was part of TGS’s past so, she could have also worked as a bridge for us to know more about TGS but they didn’t know how to use her in that way. sad :’(
I don’t agree with you about the ghosts stories, I think that those cases worked as a way for our main couple to have an “excuse” to be together, so I liked that aspect of the drama
I swear this GIF is the funniest thing I’ve seen this week looooool it totally made my day hahahahaha
I agree!!!
Me too , but i didn’t think that worked so much for me as the second lead .
character was necessary but not well used.
So true . They made her such a annoying girl , who could have said some major things that happened .
Yeah , but what i was saying is that those stories took a lot of time . The episode had a few moments with our OTP . But yeah , of corse , without them , our perfect pair would never get a chance .
Thanks
ive been staring at that gif for god knows how long now
seo in guk is so freaking cute i want dozens of him
We are in the same boat, he’s super cute :3
seo in guk is definitly cute xD
In High Schooler King of Life, I like Se In Guk but I would like Lee Soo Hyuk with the girl. And this drama is so hot and I love his voice !
I didn’t watch that drama… is it worth watching?
Hum… the story is not really realistic but the characters are nice. It’s funny. I like the dramas of TvN
I always suffer from second lead syndrom, but one of the worst dramas to expirience that was Reply 1994. I mean he was literally perfect, it’s not that I didn’t like Trash oppa, but I just liked Chilbong way more. Usually second leads have some fatal flaw making them always lose out in the end - not clear about their feeling and keeping it bottled in. But, he made it clear that he really liked her, and never wavered from how he felt for her. I actually stopped watching the show once I realiwzed that this was 2nd lead syndrom all over again, it made me stop watching korean romcoms for a while because I didn’t want to go through that again (I’ll get back to the show to watch the last episode sooner or later, but for now it’s still on-hold)
OMG I know right!!! Reply 1994 is my worst second lead syndrome ever! Chilbong was perfect, I already wrote about him earlier in this discussion… As you said he was so brave and clear about his feelings all the time since the beginning, he deserved the girl… TT_TT
If Chilbong was nice, they didn’t have a solid relationship like she had with Trash. There wasn’t suspens in this version for me… All the characters finished with their first love (except Chilbong )…
Yeah, the moon that embraces the sun came pretty close for me, but this one was definitely the worst because of Chilbong I really wish he’ll do another drama, soon
