Today, I’m doing a ‘‘solid’’ fasting. I learned from a Pastor that’s considered fasting too. I drink coffee, juice, lots of water. There are different ways to do fasting that can work for people who can’t be all day long without eating. I try doing fasting at least twice a month. I do get lots of bad headache, but I took Excedrin for migraine and it helped. I’m enjoying my praising songs and my third cup of coffee. Oh, you can fast for 24 hours or you can also release your fasting after several hours; it all depends on the willpower we may have and health of the individuals.

I had a cousin that was more like a sister to me and we could talk for 6 hours straight on the phone (my then husband hated when she called lol). We would talk about everything and anything

Tons of things that make us laugh till we ‘‘pee’’ on ourselves

Acting (she made videos with her husband and I gave her more ideas)
We even sang sons to reminisce our childhood
HEALTH ISSUES we were facing and coping mechanism.
We mainly did this over the phone while we were making cup of coffee after
cup of coffee. She was the one and only that cried and laughed with me.
At times she was motherly, sisterly, and always the BEST FRIEND anyone could have.
But above all she was my number 1 cousin whom I adore.
I miss her so much… 
She had Heart problems since she was a teenage after getting Rheiumatic fever, and received 3 open heart surgery. She almost didn’t wake up on her third one.
She looked like a Porcelain Doll (she was beautiful inside and out).
Her last surgery was the last one, and the Doctors gave her 15 more years to live,
and that’s all she lived 15 more years. She died in the prime of her life; 60 years old. Gone too soon and an immense loss for me. If you have someone this special in your life do cherish every minute, every second bc once they are gone, we can never replace them because no one can ever stand in their shoes.
In the Bible I read once that in life we can meet Angels, and in my life, she was the Angel I needed in my life, and today and every day I miss her so much. I was so blessed to have such a precious cousin-angel in my life.

I never owned an encyclopedia, but everything else I remember. Gosh, I had forgotten taping songs off the radio as a teenager! You had to time it just right to get the entire song on tape, as well as wait for it to come on. LOL!

Same here… the only one I haven’t done is own an encyclopedia. But we did have the door-to-door encyclopedia salesperson come to our house once. Those things were expensive! Thus, we never owned any.

Response to your grocery challenge, obviously I’ve got a bit of a tough last name when it comes to selecting groceries. The ‘U’ about killed me. LOL!
