For me itās a decision of a less severe symptoms and avoiding spreading it. In one way you could say itās the emphatic choice. - connect with people online who has similar interests
- check out what good to watch on a streaming service or maybe just watch a YouTube video about things that might interest me
- update my shopping list
- listen to music that if I can relate towards
- buy clothes that gives off laid-back vibes
- give space if needed.
Iād say tick off a good series or film thatās been on my watchlist for too long or rebinge a fav.
Let myself sleep in at weekends for however long, eating some awesome food to heal my soul.
Vibe or chill out to music
Yes me to. I try to be outside or join charity run ir waking. Us always fun and you can meet lovely people, this will keep my mind of things,specially keeping me away from being depressed. I rather laugh and see people smile. Having a nuce coffee somewhere nice. Or even join bingo LOL
I have days were i donāt want to leave the house, because i am on oxygen, it can be depressing because I cannot do many things so i just try to get my mind busy. If i canāt go out I play on my console where I also be able to socialising it helos me a lot. And of course my partner supporting me too.
But it is not always easyā¦
I tend to avoid social media as it is so draining
I do exercise
I do reading real book
Think about achievement
crochet, get out of yourself, someone needs a phone call, just get out and walk around the block, bake a cake or cookies and give them away. thereās more , but this is a start
Not a big fan of to-do lists, but I once read about someone who wrote lists of what she could do instead of what she should do, saying, āI donāt have plans. I have options.ā
I have not read it all but do a lot of stuff written there.

I think Iām halfway and it depends on how much time I can use to crochet. But itās not that much because Iām using a 5.0 hook and also the yarn itās thick
