The video NEVER aligns up with the subtitles on the right side. If I skip forward, shouldn’t the subtitles on the right skip forward too? I can never find the right place because it cuts off as well.
Another problem is - there is NO audio on the video. I can’t hear a thing. Which means I can’t subtitle until this gets fixed. 
Hopefully you’ve sent a message about these problems to the help center?
Because yes, the subs should follow along when you play the video. And vice versa.
And what cuts off?
The no audio thing is weird. What channel are you working on?
No audio problem happens to all the videos I try to use the editor on. and the subs just stop as if there are no more segments when there are
Now and then ,the no audio issue happened to me too. If it happened, I refresh the web…sometimes it works, but not always. If not… then I just stop working for awhile.
I think there is a button to switch back and forth between HTML and Flash somewhere towards upper right hand corner. When I switched to Flash, subtitle editor worked fine for me.
