The June contributions are all mixed together, so I have absolutely no clue if I’m getting the 15k badge, the 10k badge, the Top 100 badge, or just a headache. :rofl::abacus:

Thanks again to everyone for showing up for our Summer Subtitle Trails Challenge and making it such a joy to be a part of! :sun_with_face: :camping: :blush: We’re just waiting for the trail dust to settle before we start awarding badges. In the meantime a couple of notes from the thread.

It’s called dudek in Poland too! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I grew up in Poland, where it’s a protected species, although it’s not considered endangered.

My dad used to take me mushroom picking and fishing because my brother was always off playing football, and dad didn’t like going alone.

Thanks to him, :heart: I was lucky enough to see a hoopoe a few times.

Thank you, I know my badger badge is a bit silly but the team that creates badges are so amazing nowadays that I think they could make a truly amazing badge. Please send the person/team behind the new badges a thank you and tell them that they are talented.

And a thank you to the team at viki that had this subathon, I miss the old personal viki but seeing comments here it sort of reminded me of those times. Thank you Brenda for being here even if you weren’t officially. :wink: :heart:

I hope everyone gets the badges they wanted, and if you don’t remember that all our hard work has given shows more good subtitles or segments.

Hi dear, :raised_hand:
You know what?
Yesterday, I found real chili!
So, as the temperature finally went down a little (only 35° C instead of 40-ish), and the end of summer camp needed some kind of celebration, I tried your recipe again, with chili and red chili powder this time! :star_struck:
So, it’s really good and tasty! However, it’s so spicy! :fire:
Maybe I will keep that meal for winter now, hahaha.
As it really gets you warm from the inside, lol. :sweat_smile:
I must say this one was even better, though. :revolving_hearts:

I’m happy you’ve found chillies but the spice level is totally adjustable to the person consuming it. So, feel free to use ur own wonders and measurements too :blush:

Exactly. It was so nice discovering the meal ingrédients and how to prepare it step by step the first time. :star_struck:
Not to mention this nice smell in the whole house and tasting new food. :heart_eyes:
Next, I went on an ingredient hunt, hihihi. :sweat_smile::joy:
And later prepared it with most of the ingredients stated in the recipe. Tasted before adjusted the spices… Only to discover a new meal, after all. :hugs:
I had a great time! :partying_face:

Now, I need to check the other recipes and try to choose them depending on seasons. :heartpulse:

Hello everyone! This message is for all of you in the Eagle cabin!

I wanted to alert you to a slight snafu on my part. :see_no_evil:

I just realized that while our official announcement(opens in a new tab) specifically lists “Hawk,” I inadvertently put “Eagle” on your cabin form. Please forgive the mix-up!

We actually designed the badges with a Hawk, as hawks often appear in Asian dramas, symbolizing spirit, courage, and grace. :sparkles: :sparkling_heart:

I hope you’ll be happy with the Hawk badge, but because this was my mistake, I want to make sure you have a great experience. If there is enough interest in an Eagle badge, please let me know—if there is enough demand, I’ll be glad to have our designer create an Eagle version for the cabin instead.
