one of the volunteers I work with has encountered a problem, and I wonder if any of you has a solution to this, or an idea.
She is a Viki Pass subscriber since 2013, if I remember correctly, and recently she converted into a volunteer. She has a QC, @bubulette, and she was subbing just fine at episodes 1 and 2 from Sky Castle. Starting yesterday afternoon, she can’t translate anymore, but she can enter in the editor at episode 1 and 2. Her subscription is due in March, when, naturally, she won’t have to pay anymore, but, since I’m a nugu at Viki Pass, I have no idea what the problem is here.

A long time ago, when you became a QC, you had to log out and then log back in for the changes in status to be applied.
Since the first two episodes of Sky Castle are open to everyone, she could sub them. But it seems her QC rights didn’t kick in just yet to have access to the others.
So what do I have to do? Can I do something?

You must write down what your problem is (put screenshots) and you will get an answer.
@bubulette LIke bozoli said you would need to log out and log in, for the Viki system to “register” your status.
If you did log out and back in again after you gained the QC status and it is not working … Then you would need to contact support like kobolt suggested.
Yes, I noticed this happening with me also in the drama " Haechi " episodes 9 and 10
This is happening to me from time to time I just log out and log in again, and it comes back to normal. Try and see.

The’ve just had that major Subbing tool maintenance. Maybe something went wrong there. I hope you two already reported the problem to Viki. Good luck!
Did happen to the German team on Haechi from episode 3 to the newest.
Wrote viki, and they are aware of the problem, but nothing changed

I have done but the problem is still going on only in the episodes of this drama and now eps from 3 to 12 and has been informed Viki since 3 days and did not solve the problem and just closed it and was the words " Solved " !!!

The problem is not solved. Two of my team mates couldn’t get into Bride of the Water God’s 16th episode. It’s a systemic problem

We can’t do anything there.
It wouldn’t be so bad, if we have no licence in here, but we can watch it so it’s more than sad, that we can’t work more on the Drama.
At most a system error because the “Haechi” drama is originally licensed to my country so I do not need Viki Pass so I hope to solve the problem as soon as it is very annoying and fans insist on translating, what should I answer in this case?! The same for me. For Sky Castle and for Misty. I can do the first two episodes, but i heard that, the first two are free for everyone. I have a vikipass, and my team leader said that, maybe a conflict between vikipass and the fact that i became an QC, but non of us are sure about that. Also she said, before this stupid error, that now I don’t need the vikipass anymore because my status changed to QC. Any way, I stop my subscription to vikipass but is still on, until march 22. We will see after that date what happens.
