My name is Sarah, and Iā€™m looking for projects in the following language pairs:

It wonā€™t be possible for now.

First of all, if you want to apply for a drama, the channel needs to have a channel manager. This channel does not have one yet. Once the channel manager is appointed, as youā€™re a newbie, you need to wait until thereā€™s a moderator for your language. The Viki guidelines say we canā€™t translate without a moderator, and a newbie canā€™t moderate without previous experience.

But maybe you can reach out to your community and see if a moderator could help you start on their current project.
Otherwise, you can try to check the ā€œproject finderā€ section of the website and select your language. :wink:

Iā€™m looking to join the Viki Contributor Community and start contributing Portuguese (Portugal) subtitles to Korean dramas and other Asian dramas.

I have an advanced level of English and native-level proficiency in European Portuguese. Iā€™m new to subtitling on Viki, but Iā€™m eager to learn, improve my skills, and contribute to a team.

I donā€™t speak Korean, so Iā€™m particularly interested in opportunities to translate from English subtitles, as well as proofreading and editing European Portuguese subtitles, depending on the projectā€™s needs.
