Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a subtitling team/project where I can contribute as a Greek subtitler.
I’m a graduate of English Language and Literature, and during my studies I completed courses in subtitling, where I gained hands-on experience with subtitling and learned about the process of adapting dialogue accurately and naturally.
I’ve also been a long-time viewer of Asian dramas and I’m currently studying Korean, Chinese, and Thai. While I’m still learning these languages and wouldn’t consider myself fluent yet, I’m familiar with them and their cultural context, and I’m very interested in continuing to develop my language skills alongside subtitling.
I’m happy to subtitle from English into Greek, and I’m open to any genre. I’m also very willing to learn a team’s guidelines and workflow, take feedback and improve through experience. I’m motivated, reliable and would genuinely love the opportunity to contribute to the Viki community.
If any teams are currently looking for Greek subtitlers, I’d be very grateful if you could let me know how I could join or get involved.

Hi, I am new on this app and i absolutely love its translating system. It’s safe to say i’m obsessed. I translate from English to Portuguese but it seems i’ve joined really late and i’ve missed the fun times. Everything has AI now. But i am still interested in revising and working on projects so if anyone knows of any, let me know

Hi, I’m a new subtitle editor and have applied to a few Korean and Chinese TV shows / movie teams but haven’t gotten a reply yet.
My language pairs are English to German and English to Hindi .

Hi all! I’m new here, and I’m looking to join a team that needs Chinese to English subs. I grew up in China and understand cultural/historical references, idioms, and internet slang. Also native level in English, having spoken exclusively in English (familiar with a lot of technical terms) while studying abroad. Applied to a few options but haven’t heard back yet~ Would love to make some friends here :))
Hi, thank you for expressing interest! Unfortunately, Viki no longer has volunteers edit English subtitles for Chinese dramas. At this point, for those looking to volunteer on Viki with either English or Chinese subtitles, there are limited options: 1) Translate the OST for on-air dramas and/or 2) subtitle in Chinese (either simplified or traditional) for non-Chinese shows/movies.

Hello! I’m new here and I would love to join a team that needs English to Polish subs. I’m a native speaker of Polish, with lots of English knowledge, plus I’m also studying Korean at the university, so I can understand the cultural context and a bit of this language. However for now I would rather to stay by translating from English to Polish. Since I’m on a summer break I have lots of free time. I don’t really have anything to do during the day, so I can spend it all for translation. I don’t have the experience yet but my dream job is to be a translator and I think it would be a great start. Please give me a chance to show my skills and help in any project. I promise I will do my best to traslate it well.
