Hi! I’m going to apply for Channel Manager, but what do I need to know before I apply?

I’m asking because it says that your username is sophiak1122.
Anyway, if it’s you, you 've only done 981 contributions as a Korean-English subtitler.
You cannot even be a moderator with less than 3000 subs, let alone a Channel Manager.
