When I was creating my username my mind was literally empty with names hahaha I’m joking
the real situation it was a hard time for me so I wanted something not related to my name but something I can feel related to, so I put a name to my feelings back then and added Space 'cause I love the Space, and in the blink of an eye I wrote a poetic, simple and philosophical name, that’s the story. Actually I can keep writing because every time I read my own username I can give another meaning based on how I’m feeling and it’s awesome. I love my creation

I’ve chosen one of the couples from a bl I’m watching… pretty short reason and senseless

It’s not senseless at all bc that combination of your username sounds really nice together. Future parents that are looking for a name for their child have one right there. Some changes I would do; alanjef or alanjeph to make it mine original/different.

I’d love to, they look so good, but I live in Germany, they’re not particularly common here
I’ve never seen one in real life!

Good question…because i often wonder, too. Mine is my first name then, cathouse because I love & have been fostering & rescuing cats & kittens, (sometimes dogs & other critters), for many years. I adopt out about 40 per year so they don’t stay forever…just until they are ready to find a good home. My friends’ kids & my dance students love to come over & play with them. They call my house the kitty hotel because they all, (hopefully), come & go so there are always new kitties to meet.

I started playing MMOs around 2010 and named myself after my favorite anime at the time, Kamichama Karin. Since I often chatted with other players, the nickname “Kami” naturally stuck.
The name alone usually wasn’t enough for usernames and was often too short anyway, so it eventually turned into “Akumakami”, a combination of two words that could be considered opposites, depending on how you translate them.
Most of my friends I game or hang out with even call me Kami in real life now.
