Same here! I sent a ticket but I was told that I didn’t make enough contributions - which is not true, since I did 199 subs on February 21 alone :smiling_face_with_tear:

I haven’t got mine yet either, even though I segmented a part of a drama on February 20, which was 331 contributions (154 subtitles and 177 segments).

Peut-être que les badges sont distribués par ancienneté. J’ai assez de contributions pour les deux premières semaines et pour les 4 premières badges de «volume» (Nombre total). Je suis encore une verte recrue, première contribution. en juillet 2025. Dieu seul le sait et le diable s’n doute. :wink::man_shrugging:t2:

Maybe the badges are distributed by seniority. I made enough contributions in the first 2 weeks and for the 4 first «volume» badges. But I’m still a rookie, I began in July 2025. Your guess is as good as mine :wink:

No idea, what they are doing is just strange since they also gave the badge to people who have been inactive for months, even a year :sweat_smile:
