In the hospital, they gave me the wrong meal for breakfast. I hate wasting food so I ate it anyway even though I never eat oatmeal mush with milk ( ) and plain old white bread and a glass of milk. It was so bland. and gave me indigestion - but that may have been because I am lactose intolerant and those pills only do so much for me. I still get the gut-gurgles.
If I ever eat breakfast it is something like an omlette or a breakfast burrito with salsa. pan-fried potatoes with onions and peppers, etc., OR, polenta with CHILI! Yea. I don’t care for bland food.
PERFECT for a weekday!
ok ok…

That story by @frustratedwriter reminds me of the time I called in to order pizza and asked for a certain topping to be on half of the pizza. The person taking my order legitimately asked me which half of the pizza I wanted it on!
A friend later suggested that maybe I could have gotten a free pizza if I had told them I wanted it on the left side but then later complained that it was on the right side after I received it.
