Anyone can sub even when there's a moderator? [solved]

Hi,
Today, I noticed someone subbed an episode in a drama I’m assigned to as a moderator. It’s not a fan channel (even though I think that in fan channels too, when there’s a moderator to a certain langiuage, no one should be able to sub without permission), but still they were able to sub it, did Viki change its previous really appreciated feature or did I not understand how it works well?

i’m not an expert either but as far as I know when an episode is open to sub anyone can accede ( even if they should not do it) the only way to avoid this is to keep the episodes closed to sub except when the moderator decides to give a GO to the subtitle team

Is it a currently airing drama? If it is Viki must have changed things or it’s a bug… maybe it’s best to contact Viki about it.

Thanks. I’d keep the episodes closed as the English subs are still being edited.
