Will pressing this delete the Spanish Subtitles for THE WHOLE DRAMA or just for the episode?

Yes, what mirna says makes sense. You see, for segments, below, you have two options, to lock them for this episode or for all episodes.
I understand, though, why one would be extra cautious and make sure before pressing that button!!!

Yes only that episode as far as I remember, had to delete subs once because I had an abuser on one of my channels and had to delete them per episode if I’m not mistaken.
