Apparently it’s still licensed only Europe & ME 
I noticed that Legend of Zu also lost its license ? I am currently in the USA and about 2 months ago it was working fine for me, now its restricted/unlicensed ?
Yi san lost this licence like two months ago without any warning. My team was still translating cause i took this drama back from a french abusers. We were at episode 72 i think on 76 episodes.
I almost send my computer out by the window.

@kylamia I completely understand you, I translated one drama and the English subtitles were re-edited, so a lot of songs were added. And I only had the 3 last episodes to proofread and the songs to add. “Poof” - one day restricted.
I now contact Viki about the license end before touching and “older” drama/channel to see if I can meet the deadline, or if it is mission impossible.

I feel like after adressing it, they put it on the back seat again. Of couse, yet another front page design change is more relevant

I learned of the ending of a few viki licenses this past month because the dramas appeared on a major US streaming site which has expanded internationally in the past few years.
Rebel : Thief Who Stole the People just lost its license in Europe… Yesterday I started watching the first episodes because I wanted to rewatch it. Today, no longer available. Tragedy! One of my favorite dramas… So, I’m forced to continue on N… That’s destiny, for sure. 
Just want to share my sadness…

Keep sending the request for its licence. It worked for Personal Taste (although it did take a few years 
). You can start a petition on Viki via e-mail or Discussion, or on other social media. I just sent a ticket for it.
Maybe this is something we can do for each other here? Ask to get support to demand licences.

Didn’t think there was another more suitable topic, so I am choosing this one.
By accident, I found this information …
Well for expiring license information we are still -1 step further, since at the end the information we get is “the license holder” wouldn’t want the information to get out. Still, I don’t get how the license holder will let a viewer down, in watching only part of the content, rather than giving note that this content will no longer be available from xx.xx.xxxx, so the viewer at least has a chance to finish it.
Another point would be if licenses were to end at the end of a month or let’s say on a fixed day, the 30th, the 25th, the 1st. People could at least try to watch before and in the case a drama/movie license expires at least there was a chance to complete it.
Here we are 2 years later and the topic is resting somewhere in the desk drawer.
