K-Drama badges missing

Hello everyone,

I think I haven’t received my K-Drama badges at all. I changed my username once some time ago, so maybe this has contributed? How can I reach someone who could assist me?

Collecting badges does work after all, I guess :wink:

I read here somewhere that creating a ticket will work. I am also missing my Hindi 300 and 1000 badge. I created a ticket for Hindi 300 badge a week ago and still didn’t get any response from them. All I got as their reply was my own e-mail address. I don’t know if this is how it should work.

Now, I don’t have my 1000 K-Drama badge either. I wonder why aren’t the badges being provided on time. :pouting_woman:

I wrote twice for a badge issue and each time they answered me. But the second time I had to wait longer

I guess there’s some bug involved with badges. I am lagging behind by 3 badges (might be 4, counting learn mode badge)
Hindi 300
Hindi 1000
J-Drama 300
Learn Mode (if 300 subtitles in Japanese in a J-Drama count)

I got my K-Drama 1000 badge today after I did 1200 subs as well.

Already created tickets. How long will it take to resolve?

Help center will reach out to you between 24-72 hrs after you file a ticket

It had been more than a week since I created the tickets but I woke upto a nice surprise today. I got three of my badges and will wait for the last badge.

Collecting them should also be termed as a hobby :grin::crazy_face:

I also didn’t received my Kdrama titles badge. I wrote more than 3500 subs and I also filled the ticket regarding this more than 10 days ago. Still waiting :smiling_face_with_tear:.
Is there any other procedure for getting these badges?

I have the same issue and I’ve been waiting since December 5th. Nobody has contacted me yet. :frowning:

I don’t think so, dear. I think this is the only way, unfortunately.

Hmm… I remember they handled my request quite fast, but it’s a holiday season, so maybe this is why they are replying a bit more slowly.

Thanks for your reply. However, it seems that they don’t really care about it. My previous ticket regarding the same subject was closed by them without any reply or consideration. I hope I’m wrong, though.
