There are problems loading the subtitles now and this phrase appears “There is some issue loading the subtitles. We are aware of this and are retrying in the background. Please be patient .” Does this problem occur to anyone else?!
So please ask Vicki to fix the problem as soon as possible . Thank you
I have the same for other languages, except for English.
Since the message clearly states that Viki is currently working on it, we can only be patient and wait for their solution, I guess.

Now the load returned works normal to me as well It seems to be a problem with only languages. Intentional . Just joking Thank God, the problem is solved quickly
There seems to have been a software update. We could not get into segment timer this morning. Try logging out entirely of the site, then back in. That got us in and now we’re up and running again.
I’m not sure if it’s still relevant, but I had the same message this morning, and it was resolved within an hour after I noticed it.
