Song is 3:34 short
Several dramas later, and I can still hear this song.
Song is 3:34 short
Josh Groban, one of my favorite vocalists. We played this song at my Mom’s funeral. Hearing it still makes me tear up today.
I mentioned this song in another thread, but the more I listen to it, the more achingly beautiful it is to my ears. Hearing them perform it live makes it even more touching.
Evеn when the sun rises, I pour alcohol
I fall asleep only whеn I fill up your void
Even if I tried, in my dreams too
I can’t hold your two little hands
If I had called your name out loud, I would have looked back
How many times have you told me it’s okay?
How sick you must have been back then
It’s my greed to want to go back
I hope you’re happy, just like your name
I sing this song because I want to call your name
I sing this song rather than the lines from a sad movie or book
Now I call your name, which is hard to call now
I call your name, which is hard to call without tears

For me this song speaks to my soul. And the musical its from is based on one of my favorite books. El ingenioso Hidalgo Don Quijote de la Mancha.

I love this song and needed it 2 years ago when I felt down because all of the pandemic restrictions (i live alone with my animals and had a little to much on my plate). Both are the same but if you don’t know Korean the link second link might be better than then the first (the first is the one I normally use).
e mentre ascolto questo brano miliardi di ricordi affiorano la mente e mettono in subuglio il mio cuore e scuotono la mia anima
This live performance of “One Moment In Time” by Dana Winner is one of the most inspiring versions of this song I’ve ever heard.
