The 2017 Japanese Sub-a-thon badge is missing

I’ve just noticed this badge is missing.

I noticed it when volunteers got the Spring Subathon badge. It replaced the old Japanese Sub-a-thon badge.
I saw it in some of my friends’ profile pages and I even checked the winners. They don’t have it either.

Does anyone has this problem?

P.S. I’ve never had this badge before. I’m just curious.

You’re right! I just checked, and my Japanese Sub-a-thon badge has been replaced as well.

Based on the reports we’ve received so far, It looks to me like the disappearance of the Japanese badge has affected only those who received the Spring Subathon badge. If you feel you have additional information to share, please free to let me know (PM) or submit a request through the Help Center.

We hope to resolve this soon and re-apply the badge to all affected users. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about this!

Hi Camille,

Sorry to bother you here (it’s not the right topic) but English subtitles are not showing on About Time ep 1 https://www.viki.com/videos/1128021v-about-time-episode-1
(it’s been a few hours that subtitlers started to translate and nothing). It shows the right % but we can’t see English subs when we watch as viewers.
Apparently, it’s the same for Wok of Love new episodes Wok of Love - Episode 9 | Rakuten Viki
