Really? Never happened to me…Is it for all dramas?
Actually when I first started on here(I had an account in 2010 but didn’t use it) I thought that if we didn’t already have the credentials to show them that they would make us take a test, and that those who scored a certain score could subtitle 
Like it would be locked or something and that CMs were native speakers of the language. So I abandoned it. Came back 3 years later only to realize they don’t do that.
