It does…I felt better after using them and reduces the dark circles around the eyes.
Science behind it: the cold because of the spoon makes the blood vessels(the ones responsible for the dark circles) contract and the color fades. Sliding the spoon gently helps drain the fluid that’s pooling underneath your eyes, while the cold spoon will help minimize any puffiness.
