I saw that “balut” in a documentary about an Asian country, since it’s like 20 years ago I can’t remember which country, but the picture stuck in my head. It was sold at a food stall and it was said to be nutritious… but the thought of it is somewhat strange, but look lobsters are cooked alive and I think crabs and octopus as well… even this is awkward…
